BCG Attorney Search in Palo Alto, CA is seeking a mid-level Patent Prosecution Associate with 2-5 years of relevant experience to join our Intellectual Property Practice Group. You will support Fortune 200 clients and help advance strategic patent portfolios.

Duties include drafting and prosecuting patent applications related to advanced computing technologies, engaging with inventors and in-house counsel, and managing multiple matters in a fast-paced environment. A J.D.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice in the applicable jurisdiction.
• At least 3 years of experience in patent prosecution.
• Experience with AI and ML technologies preferred.
• Degree in Computer Engineering required.
