You will stay current on evolving technologies and patent law, collaborating with in-house counsel to protect client innovations in LTE/5G/6G, AI, and related fields.

Qualifications

  • At least three years of patent prosecution experience.
  • Strong technical expertise in LTE/5G/6G wireless networks, computer hardware, AI, and deep learning.
  • Ability to analyze complex technologies and work with inventors and in-house counsel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, file, and prosecute U.S. and foreign patent applications.

Duties

  • Support the development and management of domestic and international patent portfolios.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and developments in patent law relevant to client industries.
Requirements
