The role involves preparing, filing, and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent applications, interviewing inventors, and managing domestic and international portfolios.

You will stay current on evolving technologies and patent law, collaborating with in-house counsel to protect client innovations in LTE/5G/6G, AI, and related fields.

Qualifications

• At least three years of patent prosecution experience.
• Strong technical expertise in LTE/5G/6G wireless networks, computer hardware, AI, and deep learning.
• Ability to analyze complex technologies and work with inventors and in-house counsel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
