How Will You Make a Difference?

  • Accurately prepare, obtain, and file documents related to information disclosure statements, formalities, and responses to office actions.
  • Maintain and manage a prosecution docket, follow up on items to ensure due dates and deadlines are met.
  • Account for all hours worked daily by entering time into the firm’s system to meet billable goals.

What Will You Bring to the Table?

  • Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-recognized program or equivalent legal support experience.
  • Minimum 6 months experience as a Patent Paralegal with U.S. and/or foreign prosecution knowledge, or equivalent support experience.
  • Experience in preparing and filing information disclosure statements and formal documents (e.g., assignments, declarations, office action shells).
  • Willingness to assist team members and work well within a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in the office as needed for training and collaboration, at least 3 days per month.

  • Salary varies by location and experience:
  • In New York: $29.65 - $65.73/hour (35-hour week)
  • In Minneapolis: $27.83 - $55.47/hour (37.5-hour week)
  • In Washington, D.C.: $26.58 - $57.60/hour (37.5-hour week)
