Responsibilities

• Manage patent litigation case strategy including contentions, Markman proceedings, and written and oral fact and expert discovery.
• Work directly with partners and clients on technology disputes.
• Collaborate with engineers and developers to translate technical issues into litigation strategy.

Technology-related degree (engineering, applied physics, mathematics, computer science, or equivalent)
