Requirements include an EE/CS/CE degree, Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction, and 2–7 years of patent litigation experience; strong analytical and communicative skills, and ability to work collaboratively.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of patent litigation experience.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in patent litigation cases, both offensively and defensively.
