Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Richmond, VA is seeking a Junior or Mid-Level Associate to join the Patent Litigation Team.

You will work on cases across telecommunications, software, and manufacturing, collaborate with clients, perform legal research, draft filings, and appear in court and negotiations. The position requires 2–7 years of patent litigation experience and degrees in EE/CS/CE, with bar admission.

Qualifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
