Qualifications

1-6 years of patent litigation experience.
Must be barred in California.
Superior academic credentials from an accredited law school.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in legal research databases and software.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and analysis on patent litigation matters.
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Manage discovery processes, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and deposition notices.
Participate in and prepare for trials, hearings, and oral arguments.
Assist in the preparation and filing of appeals.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy and development.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting patent litigation.
