BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level IP/Patent Litigation Associate for their New York City office. In this role, you will join a dynamic team managing high-stakes patent litigation cases, representing both plaintiffs and defendants.

The successful candidate should have 1-4 years of IP litigation experience, and strong writing skills, and will participate in all phases of patent litigation while collaborating closely with their team.

Immediate substantive experience in patent litigation is offered, along with the chance to engage in complex legal research.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of IP/patent litigation experience.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of New York.
• Strong writing skills are essential.
