- The billing rate is determined based on the candidate’s experience. It is generally at a higher percentage than other prominent IP boutiques.
- A large Intellectual Property (IP) firm is seeking top-tier patent attorneys nationwide with degrees in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, or an advanced degree in chemistry/biotech. Successful candidates will have 2+ years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution. Positions are available in the main offices and satellite locations across the country. All candidates are required to provide (a) 3 to 4 patents/applications and (b) 2 to 3 responses to office actions.
