Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a highly motivated patent attorney to join its Jefferson City office. The role focuses on drafting and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent applications in electrical engineering, computer science, and software-implemented business methods.

You will advise on patentability, freedom to operate, and due diligence, while handling complex IP matters and licensing agreements. Missouri bar admission is required; JD or equivalent is expected.

• 7+ years of patent preparation and prosecution experience in the electrical arts.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task efficiently.
