Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in San Francisco seeks an experienced patent attorney with a strong background in biotechnology to prepare and prosecute patent applications for in vitro diagnostic assays.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in patent law, experience with immunoassays, CRISPR-based assays, and nucleic acid sequencing, and hold active bar admission in CA or NY. A Ph.D. or MS in molecular biology is preferred, with a BS plus relevant post-graduate experience also considered.
