Patent Attorney or Patent Agent opportunity to work remotely. Your responsibilities will depend on your legal experience and technical background, including:

• Preparation and prosecution of US patents
• Strategic portfolio counseling
• Patent opinions (validity, infringement, right to use, patentability)
• Possible PTAB and licensing work

Depending on your technical background, you will handle chemical and/or biological patents. This is an excellent opportunity within a progressive firm, offering comprehensive client interaction. The client base includes a broad spectrum of large and small clients.

This role offers flexible hours, client origination incentives, production incentives, and more. An existing book of business is not required, but portable clients would be valued.

Requirements:

• Minimum Ph.D. in Chemical or Biological sciences
• Patent Bar (and State Bar for an associate) are required
• At least 3 years of solid US patent preparation and prosecution experience in chemistry, biochemistry, and/or biology
