LHH is partnering with a leading AmLaw 100 firm to add a Patent Prosecution Attorney to its national IP practice in Dallas or Houston. The role focuses on sophisticated patent matters for Fortune 200 clients and involves interaction with inventors and in-house counsel.

Applicants should have 2-5 years of patent prosecution experience, a J.D., bar admission, and active USPTO registration. AI/ML experience is strongly preferred and exceptional writing and analytical abilities are essential.

THE WORK
  • Sophisticated patent matters for Fortune 200 clients
  • Advanced technologies, including AI, machine learning, semiconductors, cybersecurity, cloud computing, software systems, fintech, and medical devices
  • Direct interaction with inventors and in-house counsel
WHAT YOU NEED
  • 2-5 years of relevant patent prosecution experience
