Job description

Requirements

Seeking candidates who have experience with:

• Patent litigation in federal district court, including fact development, discovery, motion practice, expert issues, and trial preparation
• ITC (Section 337) investigations, including coordination with parallel district court and/or PTAB proceedings
• Drafting high-quality written work product, including briefs, motions, and client communications
• Working with technical experts and quickly mastering complex technologies to present clear, persuasive arguments
• PTAB proceedings, including IPRs
• Experience with or interest in SEPs/FRAND and disputes involving telecommunications and multimedia standards (e.g., cellular, Wi?Fi, video coding)
