Qualifications
- Admission to the USPTO.
- At least two years of patent prosecution experience in-house or at a law firm.
- Experience in physics, math, optics, photonics, audio, or image processing preferred.
- Graduate-level experience or advanced technical degree is a plus.
- Education degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
