Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Beacon Hill Legal is working with a top-notch, fully remote IP boutique law firm seeking a Patent Agent with at least 3 years of experience as a patent agent and a PhD in molecular biology, cell biology, computational biology, bioinformatics, or biochemistry. Qualified candidates will have at least three (3) years of patent preparation and prosecution experience, specifically in the above areas.

Must have PhD and be registered with the USPTO.

Compensation and benefits are competitive and commensurate with experience.

Candidate Qualifications:
  • A PhD in molecular biology, cell biology, computational biology, bioinformatics, or biochemistry
  • 3+ years of experience with patent preparation and prosecution
  • Registered to practice before the USPTO
