BCG Attorney Search in Charlottesville, VA seeks a Patent Agent or Technical Advisor to join the Patent Prosecution and Litigation Practice Group on the Software and Electrical Engineering Team. You will prepare and prosecute patent applications in 5G/6G and related standards.

Candidates should have 4+ years in patent prep/prosecution and a BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering; strong written and oral communication; and a collaborative, organized approach.
