BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Patent Agent or Technical Advisor to join the Patent Prosecution & Litigation Practice Group in Tysons Corner, VA. The successful candidate will be involved in high-quality patent prosecution related to Software and Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities include preparing patent applications for 5G, 6G, and semiconductor devices with a requirement of 4+ years in patent prosecution. Benefits include insurance coverage, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

Technical training or experience in memory and semiconductor devices

Education
