Candidates will support a broad range of patent-related tasks, from Drafting and prosecution to client counseling and litigation support.

Qualifications & Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field in the mechanical arts
  • Prior experience in patent prosecution is required
  • USPTO registration number preferred
  • Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to evaluate complex inventions and convey their value in written and oral form

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and prosecute U.S. patent applications
  • Evaluate the technical merits of inventions and draft related opinions
  • Support litigation and patentability analysis
  • Counsel clients on IP strategy and portfolio development
  • Collaborate with inventors and legal teams to define and protect IP assets
