Job description

Join a dynamic and prestigious Intellectual Property Transactions & Strategies group as a Science Advisor/Patent Agent. We are seeking a highly qualified individual with a background in biology or chemistry, holding an M.D. or Ph.D., to support our team. Preferred candidates will have experience in drafting patent applications, responding to office actions, conducting prior art searches for patentability and freedom to operate analyses, and performing due diligence for corporate transactions and technology transfers. Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong academic credentials, and a proven track record in IP law. USPTO patent bar membership and law firm experience are highly desirable.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary Range: $135,000 - $150,000
  • Commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Candidate Parameters:
