Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science.
• 3+ years of drafting, filing, and prosecuting patent applications.
• Registered to practice before USPTO.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive communications effectively.
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Interest in using innovative AI technology for efficient work.

Responsibilities

• Write new patent applications for filing at USPTO.
• Analyze and revise patent agreements; assist with appeals and reexaminations.
• Draft patent agreements; prepare documents for filing.
• Draft responses to USPTO office actions.
• Perform patentability and freedom-to-operate searches.
