Duties:

1. Evaluate invention technology and assess patentability
2. Draft and file patent applications with the USPTO

5. Manage client portfolios and provide strategic patent guidance
6. Work with clients to develop long-term patent strategies

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in patent prosecution
2. Proven track record in patent prosecution within electrical engineering
3. Registered with the USPTO or eligible for registration

5. Experience working with complex technologies like processors, memory systems, and RF front-end

Education:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
