Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in patent prosecution or intellectual property matters.
• Prior experience in an intellectual property law practice preferred.
• Strong academic record and demonstrated professional achievement.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative legal and technical team environment.
• Registration to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute patent applications across various technology areas.
• Prepare responses to patent office actions.
• Conduct and analyze patent searches and evaluate patentability and prior art.
• Assess issues related to non-infringement and patent validity.
• Support intellectual property due diligence activities.
• Provide client counseling on patent strategy and management.
• Assist with licensing matters related to intellectual property assets.
• Collaborate with attorneys and technical professionals on patent prosecution.
