Duties:
- Prepare and prosecute patent applications in electrical, computer, software, and mechanical technologies.
- Conduct patentability assessments and freedom-to-operate analyses.
- Draft claims and specifications for patent applications, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with patent law.
- Work closely with clients to understand their innovations and provide strategic guidance.
- Manage patent portfolios, monitor filing deadlines, and maintain relationships with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
- Stay updated on changes in patent law and best practices, ensuring high-quality service and risk mitigation.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution, specifically in electrical, computer, software, or mechanical technologies.
- Registered with the USPTO as a Patent Agent.
- Strong academic background with a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, software engineering, or a closely related field.
- Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.

Education:
