The ideal candidate will have significant experience in patent preparation and prosecution, with a focus on electrical, computer, software, and mechanical technologies. Applicants must be registered with the USPTO and hold a relevant undergraduate degree in engineering or a related technical field.

Duties:

• Prepare and prosecute patent applications in electrical, computer, software, and mechanical technologies.
• Conduct patentability assessments and freedom-to-operate analyses.
• Draft claims and specifications for patent applications, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with patent law.
• Work closely with clients to understand their innovations and provide strategic guidance.
• Manage patent portfolios, monitor filing deadlines, and maintain relationships with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
• Stay updated on changes in patent law and best practices, ensuring high-quality service and risk mitigation.

Requirements:
