Job summary

Pfizer in Groton, CT is seeking an Associate Scientist – PAT Specialist to provide analytical support for Process Analytical Technology instrumentation in a clinical solid oral dose GMP environment.

You will maintain PAT instruments (NIR, FBRM), monitor outputs with real-time dashboards, contribute to SOPs and technical reports, and collaborate with a cross-functional team while meeting milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Analytical Chemistry or related field.
• 0–2 years in lab, manufacturing, or research setting.
• Strong problem-solving, data handling, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain PAT instrumentation (NIR, FBRM) and perform calibration/maintenance.
• Monitor process data and dashboards to support campaigns.
• Contribute to SOPs, technical reports and system life cycle docs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
