Overview

We are in KNEAD of a Pastry Maker!

All team members are included in our Team Tip Pool and make $15-$16/hr after training!

Not only are we Tucson born and bread, we are a full scratch house and our food is made and prepared fresh daily!

What will you do?
  • Learn the art of producing the perfect treat consistently at a high volume in an industrial kitchen
  • Prepare, weigh, bake and rotate pastries, cakes and cookies following to our locally loved recipes
  • Set up and maintain our pastry cases
  • Work in a commercial setting, operating food processors, mixers and other equipment safely and according to best practices
  • Follow all sanitation and health policies and procedures
  • Aid and support all back of house teams as needed
