Qualifications

• Valid Food Handlers Card.
• Customer Service, pastry decorating, and retail experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to address questions or concerns in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Assist Pastry team with preparing desserts and pastries as needed.
• Take cake orders, ensure the department has fresh fruits and products, and maintain a fully stocked display case.
• Decorate cakes and pastries for customers.
• Use artistic skills to create beautifully decorated cakes and pastries and mix colors for icing; communicate with management and baking team to fulfill needs.
• Conduct inventory on a regular basis to ensure proper levels.
• Maintain standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, and food safety.
• Stock, fill, face, and ensure pricing accuracy while examining rotation of bakery products.
