A Pastry Cook is responsible for creating, preparing, producing, and baking all pastries, breads, rolls, and desserts for the hotel's food and beverage outlets, aiming to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

Specifically, you will:

• Prepare pastry items according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards
• Stock and store ingredients properly, ensuring refrigeration of all prepared products
• Develop new products for menus and catering, as needed
• Follow food handling and storage regulations
• Display baked goods on carts as per specifications
• Prepare daily requisitions for supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned
