RDG introduces its first restaurant-concept brand, MILA, offering guests a culinary journey through exquisite MediterrAsian cuisine, opened in January 2020 in Miami Beach. Combining genuine hospitality, fine dining, and a sophisticated nightlife atmosphere, MILA has quickly become a premier destination within Miami's upscale social scene.

At RDG, we are dedicated to excellence and the art of sensory engagement, focusing on providing immersive experiences, organic design, and refined culinary journeys. Responsibilities
  • Prepare quality pastry items such as desserts, breads, ice creams, sorbets, creams, and display items.
  • Maintain knowledge of equipment use and sanitation standards.
  • Follow recipes and standards for all menu items.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of tools and work areas.
  • Coordinate with the culinary team to meet production schedules.
Qualifications
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • High School diploma or equivalent; culinary training preferred.
  • Proven pastry skills and operations experience.
  • Knowledge of French pastry techniques is a plus.
  • Computer literacy (Excel, POS systems).
  • Excellent knife skills and communication abilities.
