Job summary

Tiny Boxwoods Productions is seeking an experienced Pastry Cook to join our pastry team. You will prepare and produce cookie doughs and fresh pastry items to the specifications of the Executive Pastry Chef in a fast-paced bakery/kitchen setting. Qualifications

• Must be passionate about baking and pastries.
• Minimum two years pastry experience.
• Flexible availability for scheduling.
• Capacity to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce daily pastries to specifications.
• Follow traditional and modern recipes.
• Operate commercial baking equipment (ovens, mixers, conveyors, proofing cabinets).
• Assist with set up of banquet functions and breakfast production.
• Maintain sanitation, safety and cleanliness in the kitchen.
