Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa Bakeshop is seeking an hourly Pastry Cook/Baker to join our vibrant pastry team. You will work in a high-volume environment, preparing products per recipes and ensuring safety, quality, and showpiece displays for guests.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in culinary roles, strong pastry skills, and the ability to handle diverse dessert preparations, including mousse, choux, and decorative cake work.

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY: Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00 am while some may end as late as 3:00 am, 4:00 am or 5:00 am.
The pay rate for this role in California is $26.20 per hour. Select benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
