Job summary

Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is seeking an On Call Pastry Cook 3 with a passion for excellence and aloha spirit. You will prepare, execute, and produce pastries for the hotel, and provide guests with a daily selection of delicious pastry options and fresh bakery products as part of our guest experience.

The Pastry Cook 3 reports to the Pastry Chef and contributes to a team-oriented, service-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Pastry degree required.
• Candidates should have at least 6 months of pastry experience in a similar environment.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Service-oriented with a passion for hospitality.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Must have legal work authorization in the United States.

Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for an On Call Pastry Cook 3 who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

The Pastry Cook 3 reports to the Pastry Chef and is responsible for the preparation, execution, and production of pastries in the Hotel. Providing the guests with a selection of delicious pastry choices and fresh bakery products on a daily basis is part of this role.

We are looking for an energetic, experienced customer service professional with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, have a passion for service and hospitality. Applicants will be a willing team player, comfortable with computer systems, and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
