Hai Hospitality is accepting applications for Pastry Cooks. In this role, you will be a vital member of our kitchen team, creating amazing dining experiences for our guests. We offer gainful employment and great opportunities to grow with the organization long-term. Our Pastry team focuses on dessert production to prepare for dinner service, including baking, sauce work, chocolate work, and more. The shift is morning to mid-afternoon, typically from 7am to 3pm. Previous pastry production experience is preferred.

Basic Qualifications

• Effective communication with guests and staff
• Ability to detect safety issues and follow safety guidelines
• Lift and carry trays, dishes, and equipment up to 50 lbs; stock inventory
• Stand and walk for extended periods
