The Don CeSar in St. Pete Beach, FL is seeking a Barista to craft quality coffee and deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced setting. You will prepare a variety of beverages, engage with guests for recommendations, and maintain a pristine coffee bar environment.

Ideal candidates have barista experience, know brewing techniques, and excel in a team-focused, upscale resort atmosphere. Weekend and holiday availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee beverages (espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc.).
• Take orders and make recommendations to guests.
• Create latte art and ensure drinks are visually appealing.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and coffee machines.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure product quality.
• Upsell pastries and merchandise when appropriate.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the register accurately.

Summary
