Responsibilities:

  • Bake and prepare pastry items according to specification/recipe
  • Complete assigned tasks in multiple stations
  • Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook
  • Report problems with the food safety management system to the manager and the hygiene and food safety team

Qualifications:

  • Excellent production skills for high end pastries. Knowledge of different techniques and cuisines
  • Proactive and self-organized
  • Ability to manage through a substantial workload
  • Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
  • Able to complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines
  • Able to accurately monitor wastage
  • Flexible to work different shifts – days, nights, weekends, and holidays
