The Harpeth Franklin Downtown, Curio Collection by Hilton, is located in historic Franklin, near Nashville. The hotel features 119 guest rooms, event spaces, a restaurant, and a bar, offering a blend of boutique charm and modern amenities.

We are seeking a passionate and creative Pastry Chef to join our team, responsible for creating unique pastries for our on-site restaurants. Shifts are available in the morning and evening, 7 days a week. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain sanitation standards and supervise kitchen equipment maintenance.
  • Coordinate with other departments and assist with events.
  • Ensure product consistency and proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
  • Prepare and present menu items according to recipes and standards.
  • Develop and implement menus to improve revenue and quality.
Qualifications
  • Two to four years of college education or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a pastry role; hotel experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of industrial ovens, pastry techniques, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to lift over 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and communicate effectively.
