You collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to develop seasonal menus and unique offerings for events and VIP guests. You stay organized in managing production schedules, maintaining cleanliness, and following food safety practices. You monitor inventory and control costs, always looking for ways to reduce waste and operate efficiently. You take initiative in mentoring junior team members, helping to foster a collaborative and supportive kitchen environment. You adapt quickly to the pace and rhythm of the day, contributing to a smooth and elevated guest experience throughout the hotel’s dining outlets.

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

You are a creative and quality-driven individual with a strong passion for pastry arts. You have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and take pride in producing beautifully crafted, high-end desserts. You are constantly learning and stay up to date on pastry trends and techniques, eager to bring fresh ideas to the table. You have a solid understanding of international baking methods and dessert presentation, and you're comfortable managing ingredients, tools, and timelines. You may have formal culinary training or have grown your skills through hands-on experience. You are capable of meeting the demands of the kitchen and are someone who leads with professionalism, clear communication, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
