Primary Responsibilities
- Follow daily lists prepared by the Pantry Department;
- Prepare and bake products according to airline standards;
- Clean bakery equipment following scheduled lists;
- Comply with hygiene and safety regulations set by health authorities and airlines;
- Organize and monitor bakery inventory, including FIFO and date dots;
- Perform other bakery operations as needed;
- Ensure recipe accuracy and consistency;
- Report issues to supervisors or management.
Basic Requirements
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate in basic English;
- Follow written and verbal instructions;
- Basic math skills for measurements, ordering, and inventory;
- Highly motivated with a sense of urgency;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with others;
- Lift, stack, and maneuver objects weighing up to 50 lbs;
- Stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the day;
- Flexibility for on-call duties on weekends, evenings, and holidays;
- Work independently with limited supervision;
- Multi-tasking skills;
- Knowledge of baking is preferred;
- Willingness to learn and rotate roles as needed.
