Cafe Pastry Baker

Location: CBD area, Western Food, Roastery Cafe, In-house Cakes

Requirements: Pastry production experience, cheerful disposition

Responsibilities:

1. Daily whipping cream production
2. Daily baking of sponge cakes, chiffon cakes, tart shells, cookies
3. Receiving supplier goods and managing stock
4. Cleaning pastry equipment and dishwashing tools
5. Operating smart system baking oven daily
6. Showcasing in-house cakes such as fruit shortcake, tarts, cheesecakes, tiramisu, carrot cake, chocolate chiffon cake, etc.

Team Operation Hours: 8am to 5pm

Working Hours: Self-scheduled by team (e.g., 8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm, etc.)

Working Days: 6 days per week with alternate public holiday off

Remuneration & Benefits:

• Gross salary: $2,500 (basic salary + allowance)
• Basic salary: $2,200
• Allowance: $300 (meal $180, transportation $120)
• Annual bonus: up to $600
• CNY bonus: up to $200
