City Line Church in Philadelphia is seeking a Pastoral Intern for one year, part-time (15 hours/week). Reporting to the lead pastor and church session, the intern will grow in shepherding, teaching, preaching, and children’s ministry administration while aligning with core values and mission.
The role emphasizes spiritual maturity, confidentiality, accountability, and biblical teaching; education in theology is either in progress or completed, with opportunities to grow in ministry leadership.

Pastoral Intern
(1 year, part-time position with potential to renew – 15 hours a week)
Reporting immediately to the lead pastor, but also available to the church session, the pastoral intern must actively support the church’s core values, mission statement, vision and various ministries by growing their shepherding, teaching, preaching, and children’s ministry administrative gifts, abilities, and experience.
