Fairhaven Church in Springboro, OH seeks a full-time Campus Worship Leader for our Springboro Campus to lead an aligned worship ministry that fosters a growing relationship with Jesus and embodies the hope of Jesus.

You will coordinate weekend worship music, collaborate with Worship Pastors, and develop serve teams while managing equipment, budget, and multi-site planning. A college degree or equivalent ministry experience is expected.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and lead the music for weekend worship services
• Collaborate with campus Worship Pastors for service planning
• Champion Fairhaven Worship culture and encourage buy-in among current and prospective serve team members
• Develop, build and equip serve teams to lead in music and technology production
• Coordinate with campus production team and production staff to maintain, repair, or upgrade musical and A/V equipment
• Manage platform set-up and stage design
• Participate in multisite worship and production meetings for planning and collaborative worship service writing
• Lead a mid-week vocal and instrumental rehearsal for Worship Serve Team Members
• Supervise and develop Campus Production Specialist
• Manage Campus Worship budget

Job Details: Job Location: Springboro Campus - Springboro, OH 45066, Fairhaven Church is seeking a full-time Campus Worship Leader, at our Springboro Campus, to lead an aligned worship ministry that encourages a growing relationship with Jesus and movement toward embracing and embodying the hope of Jesus.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Coordinate and lead the music for weekend worship services
• Collaborate with campus Worship Pastors for service planning
• Champion Fairhaven Worship culture and encourage buy-in among current and prospective serve team members.
• Develop, build and equip serve teams to lead in music and technology production
• Coordinate with the campus production team and the Fairhaven Production Staff to maintain, repair, or upgrade musical and A/V equipment as necessary and to manage platform set-up and stage design.
• Participate in multisite worship and production meetings for planning and collaborative worship service writing
• Lead a mid-week vocal and instrumental rehearsal forWorship Serve Team Members
• Supervise and develop Campus Production Specialist
• Manage Campus Worship budget
