The ideal candidate is 45–65, ordained or pursuing EFCA ordination, and passionate about serving seniors and Hispanic communities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee visitation ministry to the sick, hospitalized, and shut-ins.
• Develop and supervise pastoral care programs and volunteers.
• Coordinate care with support groups and small groups.
• Be available during emergencies and coordinate church response.
• Provide biblical counseling for illness, grief, and spiritual challenges.
• Occasional preaching and represent Lead Pastor as needed.
