Muscotah United Church, Muscotah, Kansas. An independent, non‑denominational church of 160 years with a Bible‑believing Congregational background. The church has approximately 160 members and an average Sunday attendance between 100–120 people.

Job Description

We are looking for a minister who can shepherd our church and community through Christ’s love and biblical instruction. The Pastor will provide counseling and comfort to church members, actively participate in our local community, and spread hope of salvation to the lost while supporting believers as we collectively seek to glorify God.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead uplifting worship services and deliver sermons and biblical teaching.
• Provide leadership and oversight for all worship services.
• Oversee church outreach activities and other duties as directed.
• Perform weddings, funerals, and conduct visitations.
• Participate in key church activities and initiatives.

Compensation

This full‑time position offers a non‑binding contractual amount with paid vacation time, renewed yearly upon approval of the congregation. Compensation ranges from $60,000–$70,000 based on education and experience. A parsonage and a car for church business are also available.
