• Uphold and lead the church in accordance with its constitution.
• Support and encourage unity, fellowship, and the growth of the body in Christ

Position: Full-Time Pastor Location: Alhambra, Illinois Church Type: Independent (GARBC), Bible-believing, rural congregation Compensation Range: Annual Compensation Package of $70,000 to $85,000 (includes salary and benefits, such as health insurance, housing allowance, annuities, etc). (Parsonage options are available for discussion.)

Qualifications

A clear and unwavering belief in the inerrancy, authority, and sufficiency of the Bible. Agreement with our Articles of Faith and Church Covenant (see below). Experience in expository preaching and personal discipleship. A strong personal walk with Christ and a heart for shepherding people of all ages. Seminary degree preferred but not required; practical ministry experience is essential. Alignment with our on-going ministries and outreach. Able to minister within a rural community context with grace, consistency, and patience.
