Job summary

As God continues to grow our church, we are seeking a Next Generation Pastor to provide vision, leadership, and discipleship for our children’s and student ministries. This leader will help us build upon the strong relationships we have with coaches, teachers, school administrators, parents, and our community as we continue to make disciples here at First and there.

We are looking for a man of God who is:

The ideal candidate will provide spiritual leadership for our Next Generation Ministry through biblical teaching, intentional discipleship, volunteer recruitment and development, team building, strategic planning, and leadership training.

Compensation & Benefits
