California Pizza Kitchen in Sacramento is seeking a Pasta Cook to join our kitchen team. You will maintain high standards for food quality and sanitation, prepare pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items, and support line checks and prep sheets.

This role requires three to six months related experience or training. We offer competitive pay, flexible shifts, and opportunities to grow within a dynamic, diverse culture.

• Experience in pasta, sandwiches, and grilled items preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Mansioni

• Maintain high standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Prepare pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items with accuracy.
• Support line checks and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Prepare all necessary items for the station as needed.
• Follow safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, counters, knives, and equipment.
• Open/close stations and perform side work duties each shift.
