Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience or training.
• Experience handling pasta, sandwiches, and grilled items is preferred.
• Knowledge of safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, counters, knives, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items.
• Support line checks, complete prep par sheets each shift, and prepare items for station as needed.
