Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Prepare pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Practice safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment.
• Maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening/closing and side work duties.
