California Pizza Kitchen in California is seeking a Pasta Cook for our on-site kitchen team. You will help prepare pasta dishes, sandwiches, and grilled items while maintaining top-quality food safety and sanitation standards.

The role supports line checks, completes prep sheets, and ensures the station is ready for service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, enjoys cooking, and works well with teammates to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation and kitchen safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• U.S. work authorization or valid visa to work in the U.S.

Responsabilités

• Maintain high standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Prepare pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items.
• Support line checks and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Prepare all necessary items for the station and manage station opening/closing tasks.
• Practice safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counters, knives, and equipment.
