Qualifications

• Strong understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items with timely and accurate execution.
• Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Set up, open, close, and perform side work duties for the kitchen station.
• Practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment.
• Ensure proper temperature of equipment throughout the shift.
